Available payment methods

The payment options currently available for your order are displayed at checkout. Availability can vary by country, currency, device and payment provider. Only methods offered in that checkout can be used for the transaction.

Our store uses Shopify for online-store and checkout services. The applicable payment provider processes authorization and payment for the method you select.

Your final order total

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless another currency is expressly shown. Review the items, quantities, discounts, taxes and selected shipping option before placing your order.

Standard shipping is US$2.99 and Express shipping is US$5.99. Any applicable tax or additional destination charge that we collect is shown before payment.

Authorization and verification

Your bank or payment provider may approve, decline or request additional verification for a transaction. Follow the instructions within the checkout or provider’s own verification flow.

An authorization or pending transaction is not always a completed charge. If the status is unclear, check with the provider and contact us with your order details before trying repeated payments.

Protecting your payment information

Enter payment information only through the checkout or the payment provider’s approved interface. Do not send a complete card number, security code, banking password or one-time verification code to our customer-support team.

No online system can eliminate every security risk. Keep your account and email secure, use trusted devices and contact your payment provider promptly if you suspect unauthorized activity.

Bank and currency-conversion fees

A bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or other account fees. These are determined by that provider and are separate from the store’s order total. Ask your provider about any such charge.

Discounts and promotions

If a promotion is offered, its displayed conditions apply. Check eligibility, expiry dates and the final discount before paying. A discount does not remove your rights under applicable consumer law or the store’s 30-day free return and exchange policy.

Order confirmation and duplicate charges

Order information is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Check that address and your spam folder if a message is missing.

If you believe you were charged twice, email us with the order number, dates and transaction references. Redact full card numbers and unrelated account information from any screenshot. We review the order records and arrange a correction where a duplicate completed charge is confirmed.

Refunds and payment questions

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We confirm when a refund is processed; the time for the credit to appear depends on your payment provider.
